芝心丸又名炭燒芝士丸，這是一個中西皆宜的丸類食品。加熱後，中間有入口即溶的芝士餡。Cheese Ball is a hybird “east meet west” dish.  It contain a heart warming cheese filling.  Once heated up, the cheese filling will be melting softly in your mouth.
